Learn to Dunk Like the Famous Basketball Stars

Gabriel Young asked:

If you ever wanted to learn to dunk and thought that it would be impossible for you. Think again. However, the sad truth is there are hundreds of folks out there that dream of being able to dunk, but only a few will achieve this dream. But it has nothing to do with genetics or athletic potential. So what makes the few that can jump higher so different?

Well, to be blunt they work hard at achieving results. And you can dunk to if you really want to apply yourself. If you want to learn to dunk then you need to put in some work. Because this is a skill that can be developed. No magic pills, no hypnosis, and you don’t have to be 6 foot tall. In just a few seconds you are going to learn how you can dunk like the famous basketball stars.

But first, let’s discuss about what you need to do in order to achieve your maximum potential. The very first thing that many professional trainers and athletes recommend is to set goals. You have to have something to shoot for. How else are you going to know that you achieved any results? This is something simple yet it is highly disregarded because very few understand the power of goal setting. So make sure you do that right now. Here’s how to do it.

Grab a piece of paper. Write down what your goal is and when you plan to achieve it. Make sure it is something that you truly believe can be possible. For example, do not write “I’m going to dunk by the end of this week”. This is not a realistic goal.

The next part is the key ingredient a lot of folks miss. So after you have written what your goal is and when you will achieve it. The next part is to write down how you are going to achieve it. The obvious should be that you are going to dedicate your time and effort to follow a training program that will bring you closer to your goal of dunking. No wishful thinking here.

Alright so you jotted down your goal — what it is, when you’ll achieve it, and what you are going to do to get it. Now you just need to find a program that is going to help you achieve it. Luckily, finding a program is not that difficult to do. Just doing a search for a vertical jump program should get you some results.
